I don't know about rates and policies but i always use AAA toe truck for any road service . You will always want to call AAA first and let them hire your help and it is mostly free for you no matter what. Sorry but can't help with your problem.
I have AAA insurance and when that happens to me I just call lugos or hugos towing. They get my membership info. And that's set.
