Calling them doesn't lead to any results, I've called numerous times and been placed on hold for up to an hour when wait time was said to be 20 mins. I'm already all moved out and have been calling since Monday of last week to cancel my service
Call them or you drive meet at wave broadband store. Reminder please don't forget bring any tv box and any cable modem both belong to wave broadband. Good Luck... 👍
