Sad, depending on who is the server. Every restaurant has some bad servers, sizzlers Redwood city has 3-bad serviers too.

Where do I begin?????? The wait was long but doable. The Host had completely forgot about our party. It took the waitress ten minutes to take our order and of course two order were wrong. The whole table had to wait to eat until all orders were complete. Not a quiet family friendly restaurant AT ALL. I am thankful that my parents taught us how to behave at home so when we went out we knew how to act. The food.....medium well steak was ordered.....we received medium rare. All ham wad ordered....we received bacon and sausage. French Toast was ordered....we received hard toast pretending to be French Toast. Peanut Butter pancakes were ordered and Peanut Butter Pancakes were received.....Despite the bad service, my family made the best of a bad situation and started our family game to pass the time. Would I recommend this place? Yes but not during peak hours.
Just yester day I went to the one by marina market as we go in the two workers sees us and the guy just goes okay he never even said how many just stared at us and there wasn't Harley people they are so rude, I left ,thats why I think I hop is better

I was there early in the morning. It was during the week. I received a prompt and courteous service. My breakfast was made quickly. The only thing that was delay was more drinking water.
