Unfortunately it's hard to say. They buy their products from a restaurant depot. I do have to say they have other foods that would be vegetarian and won't have meat. They're pretty good at cooking anything that fits your eating habits, ask to speak to Paul. Hope this helps
Yes. Although, they also serve pork there, but it's cooked separately and according to the server, they don't use lard in their beans.
