Yes, they've been open at least as lately as last week. Emailing works better than calling (I'd imagine their phone is ringing off the hook) or just stopping by if you can.
Currently Glocks are VERY hard to get. Normally I can order just about anything you're looking for, but right now our distributors are essentially wiped out.
