Hello Chris. We're sorry you feel this way. We do not have a Kiosk but rather the same friendly cashiers that we always have had, ensuring that your order is correct and timely. Our sandwiches are still made by the same employees - most of whom have worked for us for over ten years. As for the video poker, it's small corner, separate from the dining area which allows an amenity for our customers who enjoy this past time - including Augie himself who loved the idea when it when in and loved interacting with customers in all areas of our family restaurant. And something that also allows us additional income for upgrades like the new flooring, new chairs, parking lot, soon to come deli cases and digital signage, as well as opportunities to give back to our community financially. The quality of our food remains unmatched and our commitment to value for dollar has not changed in the 41 years that we have been in business. We wish you well.
So sad!!!
Yep...village encourages video poker...looking for revenue..the kiosk saves them a laborer. Video poker keeps failing business from failing..that's really a bad thing for the village. Agostinos has been going down hill for awhile.
