Well that's very unlikely... since they sign you in when you arrive and they go by the list... Hollister and Salinas when we go they do care about their customers proof of it is the we go every Saturday...
Now Victor the Manager does the greeting, signing in, and seating. So sorry you had a bad experience Jorge. I don't work here. and I am NOT sticking up for them. Something happened, and you, they, and we know it. You spoke up, defended your GF, that's ALL THAT MATTERS. Good Luck.

Well there was like 5 people by the counter it was hard to know what was going on no server or host said anything till they said make sure you sign in no greeting just this rude customer rushed from behind cutting me and my gf i even told her excuse me but we were here first nope no one cared the host even saw that we were next but glad i wont come back this this disorganized place never had this issue
