So my dog has a fracture in her elbow and where I went they didn’t want to do the surgery because a small little bone I guess do they do that?

I'm not quite sure. Everytime I've been there it wasn't for that type of surgery. But they are a big vet so I don't see why not. I'm sorry I couldn't help more!!
