I was just there. They looked at my bank records. I have plenty of money in the bank but I don't have steady work so they turned me down. There cars are all a hundred thousand or more on miles. Not worth the price there asking. It is however a good place to help you build credit.
Don't know what a "vat" is but they usually want a couple months worth of work history
