YES THE ON LINE STORES ARE KILLING THEM.
It seems like decisio s arebeong made without customer input. I've been there too many yimes shopping and heard many others complaint about lack of service due to shortage of employees on the floor.
They are revising their business model to be competitive with "no box" online stores like Amazon. They have to make the cuts somewhere. They are tailoring their shopping experience to the "anonymous" shopper who does not want to be "bothered"
That line to pick up internet orders moves like the dead.
I did not realize that was revised. But they do seem to need more cashiers. I didn't see any other employees at all.
