No I learned the hard way I spent 75$ on a rapid test just to find out I didn't need one. But I would check with the company you are booking with to make 100% sure

Didn't need one from Texas. However...Der Mayor vill not let you go inside any resturants in New Orleans without your papers... You can walk around the congested French Quarter and into the crowded shops...just not into a food establishment to prove you're either got your shots or tested negative for COVID-19.

If you are flying from U.S. to U.S., no one will ask about a test. You must wear a mask at all times regardless of vaccination status.
