Yes, but the name needs to match exactly. If you used you included your middle name for tickets, it needs to be on your ID as well.

As long as it is domestic travel, any state-issued ID can be used. However, it must contain thr correct name and address used when booking.

Yes, even though it is state issued, it is still considered a government ID. Make sure your name is exactly the same on both to save you any problems.
