Can I used my social security card and birth certificate as I'd if my learning permit expired

Proper IDs always

If it dont have a pic, you going for a hell of day with TSA, I wont suggest to go without a proper id, i went with the reciept that motor vehicle give you and the old driver license, and TSA, almost had me naked in front of everybody, just for not having a proper id...
