Suggested during peak hours, but I have gone several times in 'off hours' and they weren't needed.
Sometimes and on certain days. When I went I had to have one the food was incredible.
Not required, but if you plan to go around dinnertime Thurs, Fri, or Sat, I would suggest them.
It is not required but without it is possible that you need to wait.
No reservations are not required but its highly recommended
