FlapJacks Diner was originally Walt's and was purchased by the current owner in 1981. Since then it has changed names, including Country Waffles, but has stayed true to the mission of serving delicious breakfast and lunch. FlapJacks opened as FlapJacks in 2011, an independent restaurant. In 2016 our sweet home at 2721 El Camino suffered a devastating fire. it wasn't until January 2019 that we were able to reopen after repairs.

Many, many years. A temp relocation for the fire rebuilding and reopened back in the original location.
It burned down after many years and the reopened. So this time maybe 6 months.
