I got the chicken banh mi and it was good…although a friend told me the spread was made out of pork liver aka pâté…it’s not advertised as such on the menu, and to be honest, I never knew that was in the spread lol. They also don’t do a good job of telling you it’s pork if you get a chicken or beef banh mi. The places I’ve always gone to used vinaigrette or something else in place of it. I would definitely ask them to take out the spread if you do not eat pork (like myself, I still ate it, but I’m a tad upset about it not going to lie). I’ll give them the extra stars when they make it a little more obvious that the spread is pork liver 🥴 because the chicken was so good and flavorful!!!!! Guess I need to be more cautious now 🙄. Otherwise, the lemonade I got was REALLY GOOD! I like that it wasn’t too sweet or sour.
