It depends. For children 8-17 they have Young Eagles flights about 6 times per year. These are organized by the EAA and are free. There are several flight instructors on the field that can offer flight instruction or introductory flights. This includes sightseeing of course however, technically they are licenced to teach. If one person does not mind getting some flight instruction while sightseeing, that's all good. Hope this helps. Also any private pilot can fly with you and do sightseeing. Fuel is expensive so you may be asked to share expenses. The FAA requires equal sharing for fuel, oil and landing fees.
