My personal opinion is I happen to love living here. My neighbors are decent. If I have a problem, I take it to the office, it's handled right away. I don't, have the issues everyone else has. I don't see what everyone else see's and I observe everything. I think people are just so nosy, and don't like to take care of their own apts that they blame the complex. It's not management. It's them! So if you heard bad things about the complex, It's because the management can't get any GOOD TENANTS in here who wont destroy what's left of the place. All summer long they were remodeling outside, and I am sure they want to do more, but with so many tenants destroying, and then they have to replace or fix- that costs a lot of more money that they shouldn't have had to spend. Some of these people here just let their kids do what ever they want and then that's where the problem is. This place would be really awesome if it was for adults only. Lol
Hi Tisha, Look at our most recent reviews and you'll see more positive reviews of our property and our new management team. Any issues that may have occurred in the past have been addressed and corrected. This is a great community to live in and raise a family. Give us a try!
