How can one get a reservation and everything listed as full. Why can't you at least get a wait listing? Seems like poor management or something.

First come, first serve situation. They offer standby. But you aren't guaranteed a car spot. Especially if you are more than 7' or have something like kayaks strapped to the vehicle.
