When I hired them for a home inspection, it took them only four to three hours to do the inspection. They even gave me a detailed report by the end of it. Still, I reckon it depends on the house area. Give them a call for better consultancy.
It takes on average 2,5 h to inspect 2000sqft house. Also depends on how many questions buyers have.
