It is free it visit. Normally there is a $250 charge for renting the space for events, but currently it is also free due to the bathrooms being locked due to covid-19. There is also a rule against bringing pets, though a good number of people have been ignoring this and not cleaning up after their pets. Watch your steps.
No cost to visit, If you wanted to have an event they have a small stage/viewing area, and would be able to coordinate with WRAL for private events.
