We have 2 Gluten Free crusts, traditional and cauliflower. We prep our gluten with a completely isolated set of utensils and pans. We change our gloves for allergies or simply upon request. We have a large following of gluten free guests and we do our best to serve them with care. Hope you’ll give us a try.
They have a cauliflower crust they claim to be gluten free, though I don't see how they could ever make a pizza without contaminating it.
