Just ate there for the first time. Pizza was very good; I could have used a little more cheese though. How do they make it so fast?Karen, Our ovens bake at 600 degrees with 50MPH of convection, that means perfect pizza, cooked in 2 minutes. It actually takes hours of hand preparation daily in order to make that 2 minute pizza. There's no substitute for quality ingredients and hand preparation. Thanks for coming in.

I don’t eat dairy and am always on the hunt for the best dairy free pizza. This is my new favorite! I’ve tried Mod and Blaze and this is much tastier!Heather, thanks so much for letting us know about your experience. We only serve Daiya dairy free products with a big focus on special dietary requirements, vegan and vegetarian needs. Thank you Angie for your comment regarding our COVID safety procedures. In addition all Team Members wearing masks and gloves (as we always have), we perform and record temperature checks before each TM begins their shift, we use a hospital grade virucide to sanitize the restaurant 2x's per day, we have a dedicated night time cleaning team, we now serve on single use paper trays in the dining room in order to avoid returning dirty dishes to the kitchen. We added additional height Plexiglas screens to the make line and have masks available for all guests who do not have one for .50 each. Team members are required to wear masks at all times this includes pre-open and post-close. Thanks for your support.
