Yes you can out in far end of parking lot.
Unfortunately, this location has multiple signs posted that state "No Overnight Parking."
I'm not sure but walmart would be the safest location to park at if you ask me. It's very public and if you so happen to need anything walmart has erything you may need on your road trip.
