$10 per month but you can only use that one location. If you do $20 a month and you can use any location you want in the United States and there's a few other perks.
is a little bit more than 20 bucks a month for the black card. There is also a $39 administrative fee they charge you upfront... and the other perks are that you get to bring a guest anytime you want and you can use any location in the country with the black card membership. Oh and one more thing you get to use the water massage table suntanning booth and a couple of their things I never use but are available for Black Card members
