It has always been a line...I don't shop there as much as I use too....Need to work on improving their customer service check out lines in 2018....I think it was better the old way than the new way.......

I agree allot of stores this time of year could at least hire holiday help to help a little with the crowd, i don't think it's a Marshalls issue, it's many other stores also, i always shop online to avoid issues like this, better prices also

I feel your pain. These stores swear they do this to keep consumer prices down but I believe its to earn more profits for them.
