Pretty sure it's a family owned place, Paula and her two sons. So you heard she didn't own it? You heard? Where did you hear that? The staff there says she does still owns it. I will never cease to be amazed about "I heard", and "They said". Until you might quote a source, please do us all a favor, and keep it to yourself.

I did the tour/dinner and I think she's trying to buy every building on that block. I'm pretty sure she still owns it. I can't find anything that says otherwise.
I don't know about downtown but as far as I know she still owns The Lady and Sons.
