No, as always, meals times can always get busy.
We had four and did not, no wait.
We had a large group, so we did. It would depend on the number in the group and how busy they are.
I would recommend it
We did out of respect, cause we had 17 in our group.
If your party is over eight people and wish to dine on the ground floor and not the buffet, you might want to call ahead see if they can accommodate you.
