Depends on the baby and time of day you visit. I wouldn't label them "baby friendly" but they would likely accommodate you as best they could. They do have a couple of tables outside that we used with our 3yo, 8yo
No. I wouldn't bring a baby. Earliest i would bring would be 3-4 as long as they can be well behaved. The restaurant is small and tables can be close.
