Hello Jason! We are a gluten friendly restaurant and we have lots of gluten free options :). We prep everything from scratch in house. This allows us to control all ingredients used. Our entire food line is 100% gluten free. You would want to stay away from the tortillas & go with a bowl, salad or corn tacos. Since it is a serious allergy please notify our staff directly as well as ask one of our staff members (if they don't automatically) to grab a fresh pair of gloves and he/she will take you down the line. Items like cheese & lettuce that are hand served can be grabbed fresh from the fridge, free from any cross contamination. Please let me know if there are any other questions.
