I was locked out of my room at 11pm. Your front desk guy did not want to make a new key. He just blamed us and said wait till the morning. Why do you think that's ok to leave paying customers out in the cold??? I guess that's why you need customers

I was told if my key didn't work or quit working in the middle of the night I would not get another one until late morning. That's not okay. My key stopped working on the 4th of July evening and when I asked for help they tried to say I slammed their door and that's why the key or the lock stopped working. I assure you I never slammed their door. They made me feel like they didnt like me and I am a very respectful person!

It's not okay I lost my key there too and they wouldn't give me one
