I stayed 2 nights. The room was properly made-up for my 1st night's stay. However, when I returned to the hotel the evening of the second day for that night's stay, I noticed the room was NOT cleaned and made-up again as anyone would expect. Trash not emptied, wash cloth and hand towel not replaced with fresh, coffee amenities not replaced, bed not made. In short, they skipped doing my room. The old adage "You get what you pay for" is mostly true! I will try my best to steer clear of any lodgings which are franchisees of Choice Hotels. There are twelve brands associated with Choice Hotels: Ascend, Cambria, Comfort, Sleep, Clarion(2), Quality, Main Stay, WoodSpring, Suburban, Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn. There are PLENTY of other hotels to choose from and many are close to the ones to avoid so if location is an issue, it probably won't be. Thet also charged my credit card MORE than they quoted me in my reservation confirmation and it appears I may not be able to recover the overcharge! You live and you learn! My advice is to stay away from any CHOICE HOTELS franchisees (they are independently owned and operated.) CAVEAT EMPTOR!!

Just overall dissatisfaction with the stay and quality. Not very friendly at the welcome desk. We booked this hotel because of work in the area. Mainly chose because of the pool for the kiddos. Highly dissapointed. The pool room was about 50 degrees inside. Shouldnt advertise a pool if your gonna risk people getting a cold just because you dont want to keep it heated. Our room was littered with dust/dirt and grime on the lamps, stands and vents. Sink was filthy. There was trash from previous occupant behind the night stand which is completely unacceptable to me. Toilet fill up valve kicked on all night long periodically. Bought a coke from the cooler upfront and it tasted horrible...probably because it was 4 months out of date. Wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel but a little effort could go a long way. Would not recommend. Spend a few extra bucks for a better stay somewhere else.

When I arrived I was given a room that had not been cleaned and had to get another room. The suite I got had a "balcony" but it was not a balcony to the outside, it overlooked the indoor pool? The room was also very dated.
