It's a small local restaurant and not a chain (that I'm aware of). Getting that info from a reliable lab is not cheap. Most locally-owned restaurants have pretty tight margins and can't afford the added expense. If you're concerned about allergens, make sure you ask. It's much easier for them to let you know if something is put in the food. Antai is a great place, by the way. It's our go-to to place for sushi and sit-down Asian food.
If that info is available, you'd have to contact Antai direct. I have no recollection of seeing such on the menu.
I don't think they include the nutrition information on their menu.
