It's easy. Download the App then follow the directions. Just a heads-up, you must check in at the salon within 60 minutes, even if the listed wait time is more than 60 minutes. The check-in expires at 60 minutes. Beyond 60 minutes your place in line expires. By the way, Wednesday is "Seniors Day". Wednesday is subject to be extremely busy. I have been to two of their locations in Aiken, in Eastgate off Whiskey Rd and near Walmart off Richland. Both locations are good. They have nice, professional and excellent people very proficient in people hair grooming. Good luck!
