I met with Kenya, who was very professional and understanding. She actually listened to what I was saying. She was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with my time with her. Afterwards I met with Dr. Susan who also was incredibly kind and actually listened to what I was saying. She showed genuine concern for me and looked for better options available for me. Lastly I met with Marquita who was very professional and kind. She helped me with what I needed today very quickly and accurately. These members have definitely made my visit to family med center much more comfortable. Thank you everyone!

I don't understand the negative comments. I've been seeing Dr. Tam 4 times a year for over 3 years and no one has ever been rude to me. They also bill Medicare before sending me a statement, which gives me time to pay between visits. Sometimes there's a long wait, even when I have an appointment, but that's because they sometimes take walk-ins who require medical attention. Usually the wait is less than an hour.

This place is not together,there slow at sending referrals ,they lack communication between each other and the biggest problem is the head nurse she never answers the phone or return any calls but always setting at her desk and never moves but there quick to call if you owe them or send your bill to collections and there slow an unorganized if I can find me another primary doctor somewhere else I’m gone …and they care about is getting paid
