Do you need an appointment to get an estimate?

I called them to describe the problem with my car and they were booked for awhile. I would call as soon as possible. They made a suggestion over the phone on what I could do. Hope that helps. They had worked on my car previously and did a great job.

I had an adjuster and told him that's where I wanted it fixed there, he is good very good. But I don't know about a estimate without an appointment
