Why bother making appts for oil changes letting a person waste their time and gas doing a 40 min drive each way to be told when they arrive on time that there's a 3hr wait instead of just saying we're open at 8 and it's first come first serve?

I have been going to this place for over 3 years every 3,000 miles for my oil change on my chager and it doesn't matter if I'm there at 7 am or 1pm I always have to wait like 3 to 4 hours for an oil change its insane better going to the one in levittown its way faster there
