I would never use a generator in your house.

There is no safe one to run inside because of the Carbon Monoxide fumes,i would suggest that you decide what items you want to run continuously and then the wattage you need will be decided by that,plus a few optional items that you can plug in.

You could run the unit in a covered space outside but not inside the house. The fumes would kill you.
