Why do you never answer your phone ??? I've been calling for days and want to talk to a real live person - not a machine ?????

I am often asked by potential customers, " can you come do a project for me this weekend?." My response every time is,. If you find a contractor that is not busy, your a fool to hire him. They are busy helping paying customers who took the time to come to the store to ask questions, and patronize the business. Try standing in line , money in hand waiting for ten, twenty minutes while an employee answers questions on a phone call with a person who may or may not come in. " Get it". My experience here was great.
