Hours, Run Times: 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Weekends only from May 19-June 9. Every day from June 10-August 24. Weekends only from August 25-September 10. Stallings Park hours: September – April | 8 a.m. – Dusk May – August | 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Closed on Thursdays until 10 a.m.

No, they do not allow pets at any time. They have several "No Pets" signs posted around the park.

I don't know, but the park website probably has the hours listed or you could call the town hall.

8am-830pm but close at 2 or 3pm then reopen again sorry can't be more specific.

3 to 6 p.m., They have an early time, not sure what it is, Might wanna check website to be sure of the other time.
