In this crazy time we are living in, it's a shame that human life has little value to some people...I think most stores tell employees that it's not worth chasing after thieves ....to not endanger their lives over merchandise...you never know what you're walking into outside that door...and I think technically they have to physically leave the store without purchasing before they are considered "stealing" merchandise....its sad to watch though...these thieves make it hard on honest working people so I feel you...but...God sees them 😁....
Many reasons there's many rules and laws that have to be followed also you never know when an officer is around the corner waiting
