Why is it, it is 8:39 on a Tuesday, no answer when I try to call, several times? Do employees not answer the phone after a certain time?

Probably working with customers. I don't think they answer the phone, when they are with customers.

Not sure. I've never had that issue. Usually when I call, they answer right away.
