Definitely call and ask. With covid precautions, I'd say no. Normally, they might. In their last location I'd wait inside the reception area and could see her, and she could see me. But I also have a mostly well behaved senior cat with anxiety. Dogs can be more difficult to handle in a similar situation. They're always really great though, so def ask

It would be best to call Fursique and ask. Many times, groomers prefer that fur-baby parents leave their cherished family member because it allows them to groom without behaviors or owner anxiety causing elevated dog anxiety. My Saber was crashed out sound asleep when I picked him up. The overall atmosphere in the salon is peaceful and soothing.
