Brought my two dogs for a mani & pedi. One dog is extremely squirmy! They did the nails with no issues. Great job!

My dog has anxiety they are so good to him talking away soothing him as they trim his nails.

I'm a 9 year veteran with chronic health issues, took my ADULT daughter to take her cat to get groomed after seeing good reviews, Was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait so I told my wife and daughter we can just stay in the parking lot till then since we live 18 minutes away, The sunlight was too strong in the front of the salon parking so I moved the car to the only shaded parking spot they had which was the side of the building, after 30 mins me and my wife dozed off with the car completely off and parked with my ADULT daughter awake in the back seat, already over an hour wait and I had the salon call the cops on me and my family for sleeping in the car, Three cop cars showed up thinking we were possibly shooting up drugs, definitely felt racially motivated and made me think is this how your business treats veterans and their families??

RACIAL PROFILING!!!! Wish I could give it NO stars! Was expecting a two hour wait but after over an hour wait they called the cops on my parents for taking a nap in the car. Not only did they call the cops they sent THREE officers cause they thought we were shooting drugs. When we went to get the cat back they still didn't start on our cat and this was already over an hour wait. That was completely uncalled for and it was definitely racially motivated. Never again are we going there and others who are POC should not go or be careful of staying in the parking lot. HORRIBLE!!

Definitely call and ask. With covid precautions, I'd say no. Normally, they might. In their last location I'd wait inside the reception area and could see her, and she could see me. But I also have a mostly well behaved senior cat with anxiety. Dogs can be more difficult to handle in a similar situation. They're always really great though, so def ask
Yes we do! We don't see rabbits often but their nails are very similar to dog and cat nails and the process is very similar. We have groomed rabbits, and several of our staff have owned rabbits (one of them was a vet tech) so they are familiar with handling them!
