i just bought bottle rockets tonight (9/30/18) and new NH law is you must purchase a rocket launcher tube ($3.99) and sign a waiver that you aren’t a terrorist etc and that you will be responsible lol.
These responses are wrong. You ABSOLUTELY CAN buy rockets at this location. NH law dictates you prove you have a suitable launcher or you can buy the launchers there ($7 for a pack of 3). I was just there 2 weeks ago and bought bottle rockets and missiles. They were legalized in NH last year. If you are asking whether you can USE them in NH, you can with a permit.
I believe they ARE legal in NEW HAMPSHIRE, if they sell them, they are legal. I haven't bought fireworks in a couple years, but last I knew, every fireworks shop in NH had them for sale.
No for NH. And,MA all fireworks are illegal.
