I actually made two trips to their store and Hinsdale New Hampshire this year. Yes, they do have buy one get one free. Their staff was very helpful in helping me to make the very best choice on what to buy. Between the two trips I made, I saved more than $800!

Bottle, and other types rockets have just recently become legal in New Hampshire, so Phantom Fireworks now has ALL kinds of rockets. An unbelievable assortment, actually :)
