Go to any sales clerk at the front desk and ask for one, they are happy to do so.
Just go to the register and tell them that you dropped off donations they will give you a form that you will fill out and give to your tax accountant the value and honesty of what you donate is between you and your tax accounting and the government they do not get involved
When you take something there to donate go to the front register and tell them that you donated some items and would like for a tax right off
Yes, they just give you a blank stamped sheet
