I called SERVPRO of Southern Monroe County after taking my furniture out of storage when I moved. There was mold on my furniture and inside some of the boxes containing clothing, shoes, and other personal items. They came over, cleaned all of the mold off of everything and even my passport looks brand new! I thought I would need to throw a lot of items out, but now I don't. Thank you, SERVPRO! I highly recommend them and would use them again if I needed their services.

Companies very unprofessional, we waited three weeks for my assurance adjuster to get back to me. Upon receiving a phone call from him he states that survpro Lost our entire inventory of all the damage property. We are a church that gives coats and clothes to less fortunate. I took out three trucks loads from my home. Now due to the fact that they lost my inventory sheets of all the clothing that was in process to give to the less fortunate is gone. We in trusted survpro and I’ll home with all of the clothes and possessions that we had in our basement to be itemized and now it’s all gone and it was never itemized if it was we don’t have the paperwork for it. I will never use this company again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I just was there and the two young ladies that I had the pleasure meeting were simply amazing. I know one is Dawn but didn't get the name of the other one but they were super welcoming and the place is very welcoming
