Hi! I am looking to store my book inventory so I need climate control. I have never used a self storage before and I need advice on how to figure out how much space I will need. I will also most likely need to go to the storage space weekly.

Figuring out what size of storage unit you need isn’t always easy to visualize. Though not a perfect system, the easiest way to discuss storage unit sizes is discussing the amount of living space that is going into storage, and in some cases, specific items that are being stored. A 5×15 (75 sq. ft.) or 10×10 storage unit (100 sq. ft.) is best for a one-bedroom apartment. If you’re maximizing the space in your two-bedroom apartment, it’s more likely that a 10×15 (150 sq. ft.) will fit your needs. Figure out what the most expensive item is and the most you want to pay. Most people pay way more than they should, storing things that are not worth more than the cost. You need something close so you'll probably pay even more. They have promotions, based on how long you'll use it for.
