It's simply the best. Eddie, we can't thank you enough for all your help, kindness and professionalism. We will surely miss this place when we move out to our new home.

No closet space at all. Bathroom is small. Hit my head daily . . Prior to Moving here I had 6 closets including a linen closet, bigger bathroom and vanity. Only moved here cause it’s 0.4 miles to my office but work from home and at the time was 3 miles from my husbands, he’s a work from home and we’re on the ground level. Windows constantly blow cold air. I shouldn’t have to go out and buy something to keep the cold out. If storm windows were put in behind the windows then maybe it wouldn’t be so cold. The oven when you pre heat it makes such a booming sound you can either die from a heart attack or something will break sounds like fireworks. Upstairs neighbors constantly make so much noise during the day it’s a wonder I can concentrate .

Walls are very thin. Neighbors do not heed the no smoking policy and management could not be bothered to enforce this policy. I never would have moved here if I'd known people smoke inside the building and on the grounds which directly contradicts the lease. I brought this up to several people and it never changed. Ventilation is also extremely poor and I could smell neighbors cooking as if I was in their apartment. the smell lingers for hours. Turning the ac/ fan/ heat on only brings the bad air into the apartment. This was an awful experience , it was a mistake to spend my money here in the first place. There are much better places for the same amount of money and better living conditions.

My husband and two children under 3 needed an apartment to rent while we sold our house, purchased, and renovated a new home. With two little ones we were hesitant to rent a unit in a big complex like this one, but it has been an amazing experience. Our unit was pristine on move-in day. The cleaning crew did a perfect job. The unit is a two bed, two bath, open floor plan with plenty of space for us and all the kids' stuff. There's also an in-unit washer and dryer, which is an absolute must with the amount of laundry our kids produce. The range is gas, which my husband who does a lot of the cooking loves. The garbage disposal, dishwasher, and fridge work great. The unit has a good number of large windows and an oversized sliding door to a nice little patio. The view of trees out the back is actually quite pleasant and I almost forget we're in a large apartment complex in Norwood. The onsite pool was an absolute hit over the summer with the older toddler. The pool was always super clean and it was never too crowded. There's plenty of parking. The walls must be super sound proof as we are never bothered by noise from other units. Our sleeping baby stays asleep. Whenever we've had maintenance needs, which have always been minor, someone is over to fix the issue right away. I highly recommend Norwood Gardens to anyone apartment hunting in the area.

Don't we all
HI Lori, we do not have a pest issue.
Hi, Lori. Yes, some of our buildings are dog friendly. There are a few restrictions which we'd be happy to discuss. If your dog is a service animal, they are allowed anywhere. Please contact our rental office at 781-762-8880 or stop in and we'd be happy to answer any additional questions.
